By using SellYourBots ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SellYourBots, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of Services

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SellYourBots.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services.

3. AI Tools & Services

SellYourBots provides AI-powered tools including WhatsApp automation, SEO scanning, lead generation, and more. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• One-time purchases (e.g., WapiSend ₹199) are non-refundable once the service is activated.
• Subscription plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.

5. Facebook Login

When using Facebook Login, you agree to Facebook's Terms of Service in addition to ours. We only use your Facebook data to create your SellYourBots account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software in SellYourBots are owned by MMR India Marketing. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SellYourBots is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
